Thank you for shopping on our website. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping services, including delivery methods, timelines, shipping costs, and related notes. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We strive to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping services for all our women’s footwear products.
 
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
 
We only support Direct Shipping from China Warehouse with no overseas warehouse shipping service. The exact delivery time depends on your shipping address.
 
1.1 China Direct Shipping
 
Applicable Regions: Most countries and regions worldwide with normal customs clearance. 
Delivery Time: 15–20 business days for major regions including North America, Europe and Australia; 20–30 business days for remote areas or countries with strict customs inspection. Delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, weather and other unforeseen factors.
 
Note: China direct shipping is handled by international logistics carriers such as DHL, FedEx, China Post and YanWen. We will provide a tracking number for you to check the logistics status in real time.
 
2. Shipping Costs
 
Shipping fee is subject to the freight displayed on the product page (the logistics template will be adjusted from time to time).
 
Reference freight standard: 
$1.99 per item when the order amount is less than $19; 
Free shipping for the first item when the order amount is $19 or more, and $1.99 for each additional item.
 
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return the product, the original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error, such as wrong item delivery or quality issue.
 
3. Order Processing Time
 
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our China warehouse. 
Order processing including verification, packaging and fulfillment takes 2–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays or transit time.
 
4. Tracking Information
 
After your order is fulfilled and shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes the tracking number and a link to check the logistics status.
 
You can also check the order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our website and navigating to “My Orders”.
 
Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to be updated after shipping, please be patient.
 
5. Customs & Duties
 
For international shipping, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
 
We are not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees. You can check the relevant regulations of your country or region for more information.
 
6. Shipping Restrictions
 
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any region where local laws or regulations prohibit the import of our products. For some remote areas, we may need to adjust the shipping method or charge additional remote area fees, which will be notified to you during checkout.
 
We support shipping to most countries and regions, mainly including the United States and Canada in North America, major Western European countries, and most Asian countries. Currently we do not support shipping to India, Africa, Oceania and regions in unrest situations.
 
For specific available shipping countries, please contact us before placing an order. The final shipping eligibility shall be subject to logistics carriers’ delivery coverage.
