Return & Refund Policy
1. Policy Overview
Thank you for choosing our services. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all footwear products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined below. We are committed to providing clear, fair and standardized after-sales services.
2. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests only when the product has not been shipped, prepared or processed from our China warehouse. Once the order is cancelled successfully, a full refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, payment platform) without any additional fees. If the order has been shipped from the China warehouse and entered the logistics process, we will not be able to cancel the order or process the refund for cancellation.
3. Returns & Eligibility
You may apply for a return within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The shoes are unused, in their original condition (no wear, stains or damage).
The original packaging, tags and accessories are intact and not damaged.
You must provide valid order proof when applying for a return.
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer directly. All returns must be processed through our official designated channel.
4. Return Process
Contact our customer service via email and provide your order number, product photos and reason for return.
Wait for our customer service to review your return application and provide the official return address.
Send the product back to the designated return address using a trackable logistics service.
After we receive the returned product, we will conduct a quality inspection within 3-5 working days.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.
5. Refund & Shipping Instructions
Refund Processing: Once the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, payment platform) within 5-10 working days.
Shipping Fees: Customers only need to bear the shipping cost once. No restocking fee or additional shipping fee will be charged for returns.
If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please check your bank account first. If there is still no refund, contact our customer service for further assistance.
6. Exchange Policy
You may apply for an exchange within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. The exchange is subject to stock availability. You will not be charged any restocking fee for exchanges.
